| Welcome to the web page of Bill Johnson, Charlotte, NC. I have been a
serious photographer for over 30 years and worked with all types and
sizes of film, both black and white and color, up to 8X10 negatives.
Four years ago, I switched to digital with a Canon SLR system and
decided to market some of my work.
My grandmother was a great primitive prairie artist in Oklahoma in the early 1900’s. My mother was a successful artist in Texas for many years. I am self taught in photography. My eye is always looking for a way to show a subject in its most realistic way. I do not see nor understand anything that doesn’t have a real look to it. A clearly focused photo in the best light is my business. My wife Martha and I have had the privilege and opportunity to travel extensively in the United States, Canada and several foreign countries to build a sizable collection of photos. We will continue to travel, photograph, and enjoy the world—always adding to the image files. Our hopes are that you will enjoy the images also. I have printed some of these images to 20 by 30 inch prints with great success. My goal is to furnish an image for all sizes and needs.
